Time to get inspired.

It's FINAL RANGE time.

The energy at Tafe is GREAT!! Everyone is feeling the pressure, the excitement and the stress that is going to consume us for the next 6 months!

Getting inspired is the first step!
So my plan for the next few weeks is to start to thinking about what i really want to achieve by the end of the year!

All i know for sure is... When it comes to fashion.. I LOVE a challenge! So my plan is to think outside the box and get creative! I want this range to have a lot of texture, a lot of structure and at the same time I want it so be soft and feminine.. conflicting ideas? I know but basically.. I want A LOT of EVERYTHING! I want to see what i am actually capable of and I want it to be ME!

My aspiration usually is a mixture of everything and normally I find it so hard to explain where this and that has come from!

Before studying fashion i went to uni to give architecture a whirl! Deciding after a year that it wasn't for me.. I still had a weakness when it came to man made monstrosities! So it was only natural for me to want to put some strong pieces in my collection.

Along my long road of inspiration I remembered that a friend of mine (Bianca:) once introduced me to this great website..it was just was jam packed full of fresh, crazy and amazing EVERYTHING's. This site was INSANE! I added it on facebook and constantly text my friends about pictures I had come across! Where better to get inspiration from! http://www.thecoolhunter.com/ is crazy! They have everything.. architecture, technology, clothing and combinations of the three? (believe it) and much much more!

I collected some images from there to get some hard, Strong and solid thought running through my head!

Another site that inspired me would have to be.. We heart it! This website is fabulous! We heart it collect images from all different photographers and the images are of all different things!

This site gave me the soft, sensitive and feminine edge i needed!

After weeks of pondering and rummaging through draws and cupboards I also came across my parents old PENTAX- M.E! An vintage camera from the 70's that has quickly become my latest obsession! ... the inspiration continues!

After getting all the my mood boards organised.. I was ready to try and explain the thought running through my head.

Inspiration: Soft and solid all mixed up! Man made and natural!...
Now its time to sketch...
